Lost Freesat Services in the UK [Updated: 04/10/2013]

If you have lost access to a number of Freesat (and other Free To Air satellite) services in the UK including RT, Euronews, Al Jazeera, eNCA, CCTV News, Capital TV, Heart, Clubland, movies4men, more>movies and a number of other channels this is because a large number of transponders have changing frequency due to a dispute between the two satellite operators at 28.2'E.
http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E-fta.php lists all the frequencies now in use at 28.2'E for the various channels. Note that until the 10th of October services may be dual illuminated on two different transponders - the service between 11.450 - 11.700GHz or 12.500 - 12.750GHz is the correct one to pick.
If you are Outside the UK these services have all switched to the Astra 2F satellite which has a much tighter footprint than the old Eurobird 28A satellite - it's currently unknown which services (if any) will end up on the UK Spotbeam and which will be on the pan European beam. The broadcasts on the temporary frequencies are on Astra 2A and 1N so may have coverage which is either better or worse than before and after the switch. (Please note the odd channels moved to a different frequency just prior to the big move so may be on a different satellite).
*The new transponders are as follows:-
Frequency :- See list below and add "000" to the end (no commas)
Symbol rate :- 22,000,000 kHz
FEC :- 5/6
Delivery System :- DVB-S
Constallation :- QPSK
Polarisation :- See below H = Vertical, V = Horizontal
12,515 H
12,522 V
12,545 H
12,552 V
12,574 H
12,581 V
12,604 H
12,610 V (Confirmed home of RT)
12,633 H
12,640 V
12,663 H
12,670 V
Frequency :- See list below and add "000" to the end (no commas)
Symbol rate :- 23,000,000 kHz
FEC :- 8/9
Delivery System :- DVB-S2
Constallation :- QPSK
Polarisation :- See below H = Vertical, V = Horizontal
12,574 H (Encrypted services only - BT Sport's channels and ESPN).
It's also highly likely some of the following will be used, probably the same parameters as above (SES are generally consistent on 19.2'E and 28.2'E. None have been bought into service yet though.
11,464 H
11,479 V
11,494 H
11,509 V
11,523 H
11,538 V
11,553 H
11,568 V
11,582 H
11,597 V
11,612 H
11,627 V
11,641 H
11,656 V
11,671 H
11,686 V
12,692 H
12,699 V
12,722 H
12,728 V
For channel management it may be simplest to deleted all existing multiplexes on the effected frequencies (11.450GHz - 11.700GHz and 12.500GHz - 12.750GHz) first (Note - Not sure if this deletes the channels before - It did in the past but IIRC that issue has been resolved).

The A516 blog has been updated with the original, temporary, and final frequencies.
http://www.a516digital.com/2013/10/ses-v-eutelsat-list-of-affected-services.html?spref=tw&m=1
Note that 12,552 V (Capital TV, Heart TV etc) has changed symbol rate but is otherwise unchanged (aside from the services) so if you try to add it to TV Headend it says it already exists (in the log rather than in the UI) and doesn't add it but can't tune to it using the old params either.
Looks like things may still be in a state of flux as not all moved services have moved to their final allocations yet.
