Feature wanted: Import service settings.

With the grow of popularity of openelec it is easier than ever to get tvheadend even for not so tech savvy users.
To make the initial setup much more friendly for such users I would suggest adding an option to import service settings, so they will not need to manually set service configuration, channel names, icons ...

And of course an export feature will be usefull too.
