services suddenly stopped working but ok in other apps

Added by Mats jonsson over 11 years ago

Hi, i was so happy just got Tvheadend working with all services found.
But after an hour or so i could no longer reach the services from xbmc.

when i logged in the web gui it looks ok and all services and muxes seem to be ok.
However nothing could be streamed anymore.

I removed all settings from .hts/tvheadend restarted and added the same network again but this time nothing is found.

scandvb reports all channels ok as well as w_scan -c se

kaffeine, smplayer both still works , finds and play all channels perfect.

Tvheadend still refuses to cooperate even after reboot.

log say "650,000 kHz" on adapter "Zarlink ZL10353 DVB-T", status changed to Bad signal

But as far as i know the sigal is good and the Tvheadend Multiplexes tab report 100% quality on all muxes.

Any hints, i want my services back....
Thanks for any help.

RE: services suddenly stopped working but ok in other apps - Added by Mats jonsson over 11 years ago

ok, solved.
tvheadend seems default looking for analog or other sources not bother to look for my dvb-t signals.
Anyway ./configure --disable-v4l and recompiling did the trick.
all services ok and found in seconds.

Perhaps adding a option button in the gui where you could force tvheadend to only certain services could help others.

when browsing the net for solutions i noticed that many people have similar problems.

Best regards
