is there some way to reset the epg grabber?

I have freesat and freeview and basically am not getting all freesat data but am getting some. This has happened before and i reolved it by starting from scratch and it has been working great but I had a disaster and basically had to rebuild, and like a bloody idiot had not backed up the config. The las back up I made was before I started from scratch again and I just dont want to go through setting, merging my channels and getting icons etc again.

I there anything that would stop freesat data coming through for certain channels?
