Has development stopped?

It's been quite a while since the last commits on github and there are many bugs/requests filed on "Issues" here, but there are no replies from the developer whatsoever...
Has development of TvHeadend stopped (or paused anyway)?
It's a shame, since it seems to be the most simple/straightforward pvr solution for linux and dushmaniac is spending too much time with the XBMC PVR addon for this backend.

Any insight would be appreciated.
