TVHeadend 3.0 / Ziggo
Added by Adam Sutton about 12 years ago
I'm re-submitting this on behalf of Bas K, as I appear to have deleted the original entry somehow!
I am running Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS VM on my ESXi 5 server.
Kernel Version: Linux 3.4.0-030400-generic x86_64
2x Sundtek DVBC MediaTV Pro tuners with latest driver.

My problem is it does not find any services. The 43 services it did found are not usefull.
$ wget https://github.com/downloads/tvheadend/tvheadend/tvheadend_3.0_amd64.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i tvheadend_3.0_amd64.deb
When using the exact same OS vm with the pulse-eight ppa tvheadend Build: 2.99.53.4502158 it does work perfect accept for some error:
ERROR: PVRClient - SignalQuality - addon 'HTS Tvheadend:10.0.1.71:9982' returned an error: not possible
I did read in another topic it is not a serieus error.

Am i doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I think this is related to a patch I submitted to solve some problems on a few DVB-S2 providers.
It's possible there is a bug in this as we've had a few reports of problems with scanning recently.
I'll look into it.
