IPTV rate limit scan

HI,
Is there any way to rate limit scan IPTV network? When i add m3u file with 200 udp addresses from my ISP it scans so fast that my ISP DOSS prevention auto blocks our network connection.

This is normally caused by the user causing his own pain. Surprised others have not commented since this is simply understanding the network settings. The settings in the Network area control the speed in which a scan occurs. I change the "Maximum # input streams" to 1 or 2 and "Maximum timeout (seconds)" to 20 or 30. It will slow things down, but will also take a while to complete. The number of inputs tells TVH how many connections it can use at one time during a scan. The timeout determines how fast it will go from one set of channels to the next during the scans.

I had on 4. tested now with 10 streams with maximum input streams to 1 (timeout 20). and if i add restricted chanels or not available the timeout doesnt apply for that (about 20 per seconds). to be on the safe side i will also check every stream on VLC that it works and edit m3u file.
thank you.
