Recordings in remote storage with rclone
Added by Josu Lazkano about 2 years ago
Hello,
Someone have any experience to save and view the recordings in a remote storage?
My idea is to mount a remote storage service (gdrive, dropbox, onedrive...) with rclone and save and view the recording with it.
Is it possible?
Kind regards.

I export the programmes recorded by TVH via NFS and view them using Kodi on a Fire TV plugged into my TV. So yes it's possible to use remote storage but I have no idea about the particular technologies you mention.

Thanks for your reply,
Rclone is a software to mount lots of storage service as Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon S3...
Here more info: https://rclone.org/
In theory, it would work, but I am looking for someone who has experience and know witch provider will work better.
I will try and report here.
Kind regards.
