Tvheadend

Hello
I have been using tvheadend with hdhomerun tuner for many years, but now the hdhomerun device has broken down
and its hard to find anywhere you can buy a new one
So i have been trying to find a new solution, what i need is dvb-c 4 tuner
anybody here using Digital Devices Octopus NET SL M4 successfully?
Is there any point in choosing the version with twin ci? or should i stick with oscam?
Or anybody has any other suggestion for a good network dvb-c tuner
I have my tvheadend backend installed on synology nas
