Allow access from any network
Added by John W over 4 years ago
Hi there, my Tvheadend installation is set up and working nicely. I would like to allow access to the web ui (port 9981) from any network address. Currently, my admin user's Allowed networks setting is 192.168.1.0/24 and this works fine on my home network. It does not allow access from the internet, and I would like to open that up. I tried changing Allowed networks to 0.0.0.0/32 but this resulted in an immediate 403 Forbidden error, and I had to break in by using the --noacl command line argument. Any idea what setting I need to use with Allowed networks?

Easy solution: just enter an empty string and you can connect from anywhere
EDIT: I actually tried 0.0.0.0 but Tvheadend appended the /32 automatically. Weird.
