Greece channels missing

Added by M O over 4 years ago

Hi.
In Greece state owned channels use their own transmitters and private ones use DIGEA.

Unfortunately only the private ones tune-in using muxes Greece:Athens. I was not able to tune-in to the state owned (ert1, ert2, ert3, vouli, ertsports hd live) no matter what muxes I used.
Just a note that tvheadend was able to tune-in all channels (state+private) a few months ago. Not any more.

Any chance of fixing this or any suggestions on how I should go about would be appreciated.

Using tvheadend 4.2.8-3 on an archlinux box.
USB DVB is Afatech Rtl2832UDVB

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. AFATECH is what lsusb returns and little I can do about it. Not that it matters anyway.

If I understand correctly, you are suggesting to build a different module than the one used (currently dvb_usb_rtl28xxu) which exists in the kernel 5.4 and all kernels backwards to 414.

The module your link refers to, does not build. And my box will not boot with 316 (thankfully).

Anyway, thanks.

Maybe a solid solution will surface from others.
