IPTV setup

Added by Chris G over 4 years ago

Hi. I am trying to get an IPTV service running. I found this https://github.com/evoactivity/PlutoIPTV which outputs a file that works in VLC. To get TVH to see it I had to insert "#EXTM3U" at the top of the file. Now TVH can process the file but it fails like this...

2020-04-20 13:14:26.583 iptv: m3u parse: 0 new mux(es) in network 'Pluto TV' (total 1)
2020-04-20 13:14:26.583 mpegts: playlist.m3u8 - Pluto TV Explore in Pluto TV - tuning on IPTV #1
2020-04-20 13:14:31.586 httpc: 00CE: Unable to connect to service-stitcher.clusters.pluto.tv:80 - Try again

For testing I deleted all channels but 1.

Can anyone suggest how to get it working? Pluto TV is a free legal service. Getting it working would be sweet.

Chris

Here is a example URL

#EXTINF:0 channel-id="bb06" tvg-logo="http://images.pluto.tv/channels/5ad8d54be738977e2c310940/solidLogoPNG.png" group-title="Kids", Pluto TV Kids
http://service-stitcher.clusters.pluto.tv/stitch/hls/channel/5ad8d54be738977e2c310940/master.m3u8?advertisingId=&appName=web&appVersion=unknown&appStoreUrl=&architecture=&buildVersion=&clientTime=0&deviceDNT=0&deviceId=43867960-83bf-11ea-8c80-2f0e09d7945a&deviceMake=Chrome&deviceModel=web&deviceType=web&deviceVersion=unknown&includeExtendedEvents=false&sid=7ae85c97-0579-48b1-a94f-73392ab42614&userId=

Thats correct how it ends.
If you try that in VLC it will work, but not sure how to get it working in TVH
