Mecool K7 - no adapter/tuner

Hi. I have a problem with Tvheadend (Coreelec) and more specifically can't see my DVB-S tuner. My device is MECOOL K7 from what I read it has the tuner AVL6862, so it should work teroetically.
Do I need to install the tuner drivers?

Go to Coreelec forum they build ready to go image
check alternative ELEC distros
OpenElec
AlexElec < recommended include all

I understand. But I wrote that I already have a coreelec, I forgot to add that I tested everything else and the only problem that I could not solve at the moment is the DVB-S tuner. Despite everything, thank you for your advice.

TVH is software with want working hardware to work. :(
