Missing column in DVR grid

One of my TVHeadend instances is missing the "Channel" column in the Upcoming/Current Recordings grid.

Is there any way to get it back?

Look at the possible column headings in the pulldown and tick it if it isn't?

Sounds logical - one question: What is "the pulldown"?
