tvheadend 4.3 nvenc and vaapi

Hi friends,
do I need enable anything other then --enable-nvenc and -enable-vaapi when compiling the tvheadend if you want to transcode certain streams over GPU and some over CPU?
Can you please give me some configuration tips and what would make sense sure?
I have two gtx1060 cards in pc.
