TVH autorecs Start after and start before

Hi all,
I am using TVHeadend Build 4.3-1842 on Docker with xmltv. I set an autorec from Kodi for Seven News, record this every day at any time. This works
I then realise I only want the 6pm news instead of 4pm, 5pm, and 10.30pm. I set the start after at 17.30 (5.30pm) and start before 20.30 (8.30Pm). Once I set this all seven news including 6pm disappear from the upcoming recordings. I have the same set up on an older box running 4.2.8-34 and this setup works fine. I am struggling to find what I am missing.

I have attached the recording schedule and the EPG showing Seven news.
Any pointers or areas to look into will be appreciated

I am not sure why the start/stop time is not working (and it should be investigated...), but in the mean time, you could simply use

^Seven\sNews$

to match only exactly "Seven News"

Is that is the Title (Regexp ) field ?
