Android TV: adding new account not possible

Hi there,

I've set up the TVHeadend Server on a Raspberry Pi and now I want to connect my Mi Box S via the TVHeadend Live Channels Addon. After entering the server hostname, port, user name and passowort, the application crashes and nothing gets saved.

What can I do?

Hi, I just set this up with my shield a few minutes ago. Its a nice app but I cannot find a way to watch my dvr or record a channel. Anyway, Enter your IP for example, (192.168.1.110) enter port as: 9982, continue to next, username:(tvheadend user name) password: (tvheadend password) and select finish. The app will scan your tvheadend server and will display complete. Exit our of the app and restart. It should work.

Hi,
after selecting Finish, the app doesn't response anymore and finally goes back to the "orange" screen without a new account being saved.

I just found out an app that supports tvheadend and works much better called "PVR live".
(there is also one called "Aurora TV" that works with sat>ip)

Both are "plugins" for live channels.
