Amlogic s905x boxes, with tvh pvr clients - 1080 channels MP2 not working correctly

not sure, not my server

Running on what OS and version?
Clients running on Android 7 & 8

Adapter/tuner chipset or make/model?
Clients running on Amlogic S905x - Mali-450 (nexbox, x96, Xiaomi Mi Box S)

Detailed description of problem. If possible: Steps to duplicate.

Seems to be on any Amlogic S905x box:

Libreelec & Coreelec works fine.
When using Android and a TVheadend PVR - Kodi / MrMC / TVheadend Live Channels - they cant play 1080 MP2 channels correctly.
When playing the same channels from m3u with for expample Kodi - pvr simple client - they work.

Might be a long shot to come here, but problem seems to be only when used with a TVH Pvr client under Android on S905x, is this a known problem, and anyone have a solution for me?

Thing are more complicated.
Basically problem is in Kodi pvr plugin.

What a operator you have 1080 mpeg2 isn't hear for h264/h265? What waste of bandwidth.

H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264) 1920x1080 - do you think even the "TVheadend Live Channels APP" uses the same pvr as kodi?

I opened the streams in VLC to take a look at the codec, I found other 1080 channels that works on PVR on S905x, It seems to be one difference between working and non working channels. In the codec information of VLC there is a part that states this on non working channels:

Channel name [Program1]
Status: Running
Type: Digital television service
Publisher: MyEncoder

If this sound familiar with any known problems? ;)
