Tvheadend

Hi,

I've had a good look around the UI and navigated the docs, but I cannot tell if I'm permitted to create a profile that 'always' transcodes... copy video, ac3 audio... like I'm used to do with cli transcoding using the ffmpeg binary.

Can anyone help me?
