Xbox tuner with 4.15 kernal?

Hi. I updated my kernal to 4.16 and my xbox tuner worked great. I use zfs though and that doesn't work on 4.16. After downgrading back to 4.15 it seems the firmware files are still there but the tuner is no longer detected. Is there anything I can do to get this tuner working in 4.15?

I believe support was officially merged in 4.16. You can build your own media tree, but perhaps an easier thing would be to upgrade your zfs version since it now supports 4.16 (from what I read on https://github.com/zfsonlinux/zfs/releases). There used to be a ppa that did all the installation/compilation of zfs for you.

Just got my sat tuner in the mail. Installing that had me build the latest drivers from source which also enabled my xbox tuner. So its working in 4.15 now.
