Help with m3u playback in VLC.

I am having issues with TVH when trying to use the /playlist/channels.m3u in VLC.
It asks for password and then tries to load indefinitely.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Any help would be appreciated.

Activate persistent authentication for user pass /tvh 4.3.1300+/

then

http://user:pass@tvh.ip.or.dns.name:9981/playlist/auth/channels

    (1-1/1)
