Need login and passwor for TV Tokyo stream

Hello. I need login and password for TV Tokyo stream http://220.93.102.8:9981/stream/channelid/1558077878 . I found them in on one of site dedicated iptv playlists on the night of 29.11.2018. I'm recording Pocket Mosnters from TV Tokyo and have been looking for a long time HDTV stream TV Tokyo. HDTV stream TV Tokyo http://220.93.102.8:9981/stream/channelid/1558077878 became a long-awaited find for me! But on day 29.11.2018 i found that this TV Tokyo stream http://220.93.102.8:9981/stream/channelid/1558077878 close on login and password tvheadend. I know what i ask most likely the impossible but i hope that you will help me. I will be very grateful if you help me!
