Video pixelation

Hi I have video pixelation.
I have hd-880d powered with an amplifier. I am 50km away from the emitter.
In tvheadend i have the following values in the status page in file attached
Do you have any thoughts or ideas

Additionally to that i have two TV's connected to the same source and video is nearly ok

This BER value can signalling that amplifier have not so good signal also, /snow on antenna/
tray to reduce power amplification until BER value show near ZERO "0" value
Also see if device itself support LNA (low noise amplifier) and enable it.

Thanks for the answer.
There's not any snow on the antenna.
The power amplifier does not have any variable gain potentiometer.
Unfortunately r820tweak program doesn't work with tvheadend.
I am a little bit blocked.

Have you tried connecting only your tvheadend tuner directly to the antennae (with no splitters) to see if reception is better?
