Where to get Username and Password for Streams

Hello, where do I get a username and password for tvheadend streams?

For example when I try and play this stream in VLC;
http://31.51.66.242:9981/stream/channelid/622378637

it prompts for a username and password. Thanks

if your tvh server is set up with users, u need to have it like this;

http://username:[email protected]:9981/stream/channelid/622378637

Oh okay, this is not my server, I found the link on the internet so I guess since I don't know this person, I won't have a username and password.
I though Tvheadend was an IPTV service provider and that I just needed to sign up with them to start watching the streams

Приветствую. Недавно нашел поток TV Tokyo http://220.93.102.8:9981/stream/channelid/1558077878 . Я хотел с него по воскресеньям записывать Покемонов. Проверил его в ночь с 28 на 29 ноября, и поток открылся нормально. Однако днем он уже оказался закрыт паролем и стал требовать логин и пароль tvheadend. Я давно мечтал найти поток TV Tokyo в HD качестве, и когда я нашел такой HD поток http://220.93.102.8:9981/stream/channelid/1558077878 то моей радости не было предела пока днем не обнаружилось, что он закрыт паролем. Как получить доступ к такому потоку Tv Tokyo? И зачем его закрыли паролем?
