TVH client error "mux = matroska can not be reproduced"

Hello everyone, I use a TVheadend on raspberry pi3 +, if I connect to Lan via TVHclient andorid everything works perfectly instead if I connect via 4G I can access the channels but if I try to play a channel gives me the error "http: // myip: 9982 / strem / channelid / etcetc & mux: matroska can not be played "
Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

TS container is better and more error-less
