Tvheadend

Hi!
I'm trying to do something and i can't manage to do it and i don't know if it can be made.
For example, at IPTV, i can import a m3u list and "restream" that, using tvheadend as a client and the server for the other people.
I want to do the same for cccam. I have a cccam cline, i want to receive that, and "restream" it, but i'm not beeing able to add the channels for that. Is it possible or not?
