Can you explain your problems a bit better please? They're very hard to understand.

For your first question, do you mean that you want to stream your desktop output to tvheadend, as in capture it? Or do you mean you want to stream the audio/video (a channel) from tvheadend to your desktop.

For your second question, how did you create the user? Are you completely blocked from the webui to the point you cant get in at all?

For the first problem I want to stream my computer's desktop to tvheadend from capture it.
For the second problem when I'am at home I publish screen of my user.

When I try to access to my playlist of channel with http://test:test@myip:9981/playlist/channels.m3u?profile=test I receive error, why?

What error, and from where?

I have published a movie and screenshots.

That's not an error, it's asking for a user/pass. Does the user have the correct permissions?

Settings > general

Ok, I have start setup wizard and now works.
But how can I capture my desktop and stream on TVHEADEND?

For this you can use FFMPEG or OBS then input it as iptv source

How can I link OBS with Tvheadend?

With basic knowledge of how stuff work.

What kind of answer is this?? In OBS I must insert Stream Key, what is the stream keys of Tvheadend?

If you don't know how to capture with OBS and send it as local stream just give up.
