[SOLVED] FR - Piste audio manquante - Missing audio track - DVB-T

HTS Tvheadend 4.2.6-7 ~ LibreELEC Tvh-addon v8.2.113

Bonjour à tous, mon installation est assez récente et je n'avais pas vu le problème.

En regardant ARTE et la série "ELVEN" donc en Norvégien je crois, avec VLC j'ai bien 4 pistes audio de présentes mais uniquement 2 de fonctionnelles...

La VO... en Norvegien
et la version ... Allemande...
Si je choisi la VF il n'y a pas de son...
En regardant sur la télé "classique" le Français est bien sur fonctionnel...

Et en regardant davantage le problème est présent sur toutes les chaines... pour avoir le son il faut que je choisisse la piste 3 (Audio Original), la piste 1 (FR) ne fonctionne pas.

Le problème est donc incontournable lors d'une émission étrangère...

J'ai loupé un réglage quelque part... chez vous cela fait pareil???

Hello everyone, my installation is fairly new and I did not see the problem.

Looking at French TV ARTE and the series "ELVEN" so in Norwegian I think, with VLC I have 4 audio tracks present but only 2 functional ...

The Original Version ... in Norvegian
and the German version (Arte is a French/German Channel)
If I choose the French one there is no sound ...
Looking on a "real" TV, French is of course functional ...

The problem is present on all the TV channels ... to have the sound I must choose the track 3 (Audio Original), the track 1 (FR) does not work.

The problem is therefore unavoidable during a foreign broadcast ...

I missed a setting somewhere ?

With profile you use?
PASS profile must pass all streams, no transmuxing applied.

I don't really know, this is a fresh install.

So, I have disabled all profiles but "PASS"

It does not change...

A stream opened in VLC :

So profile is PASS... but still no audio on the FR channel, I have to switch to Original...

Do you use any stream filters?
If you switch to Kodi with use HTSP profile, do you have same problem?

No there is no stream filter

Under Kodi it was the same because that is how I've experienced the problem first.

I've added screenshots in my first post.

I'll look at this... but at first bug... it was raspberry only... so the Mac is just there to check where the problem is...

I do not use a Tvheadend client for macOS!!!

I did a quick check on Astra and Hotbird and all audio tracks are working. Sorry, don't have on dvb-t.

In tvheadend, what does the "info" for the service show?

If you record something and play it back, does it work?

Well I removed Network, adding it again
Did the same with Muxes...

Adding an audio filter...

Keeping only pass and htsp profiles

Nothing changes

Did that again many times, setting expert mode, adding french, removing it...

And then... voilà it worked!!!

So I don't know why!

But now when opening a stream the first audio track is functionnal and this is french...
