Elgato DHL tuner not seen by Tvheadend

Hi
I have install tvheadend 4.2 on raspberry, on linux the usb tuner is detected but in the tvheadend Gui there is no adapter detected :-(
What can I do ?

Has the driver been loaded by the kernel? Check 'dmesg' for lines mentioning a dvb device, along the lines of "frontend registered". Or you can post your dmesg here if not sure. you can use termbin to paste it, so..
dmesg | nc termbin.com 9999
then paste the returned link here.

hi,
I found another thread on google and modified /flash/cmdline.txt
now the Adapter is recognized wihin TVHeadend
but whan I do a scan no services are detected
see attachment.
Any help would be great !

If you're using the pre-defined muxes, remove them and add a couple of muxes manually & tvh should find the rest. If you can't find any frequencies online use w_scan to discover the tuning params.
sudo apt-get install w-scan sudo service tvheadend stop sudo w_scan -ft -cfr > channels.conf --- Once complete --- sudo service tvheadend start
replace fr (france) with your current country code.
If you don't get any signal ok messages with the output something else is wrong.
