Problem accessing "http://hostname:9981/" after first installation in Ubuntu Budgie 18.04.1

Hi All,
After a fresh installation in Ubuntu Budgie 18.04.1 via Doozer repository, I have a problem accessing from "http://hostname:9981/". During installation i have inserted Username and Password for administrator, now if i use them accessing from http://hostname:9981 are rejected with unhauthorized error 401.
How can i fix it?

This is because you created new user with is maby not administrator.
From command line you need to start TVHeadend with "-C" option and add administrator account.
