Automatic IPTV stream re-start
Added by Alex N over 6 years ago
Hi, sorry for my English)
I set up the stream IPTV and everything works fine, but sometimes the stream stops working. There is no information in the logs. In Status-Stream, the field "bandwidth"= 0. In the configuration-DVB inputs-muxes, I set the disable mux and then the enable, after which it starts working. I want it to automatically restart it if the stream stops. How to do it?
I will be grateful for any help!

Have you tried respawn?

In the settings I set the daw "Respawn (pipe)", but the stream still stops.
In the logs, I see an error:

I am having the exact same issues. If I disable the channel, and then enable it back again the stream starts fine. Is there a solution to this issue?

Hi, I have disabled logging to syslog. Already a week there is no problem, before the problem was every day.I set up logging to a separate file. https://tvheadend.org/boards/5/topics/24125
