E4 no longer being received.

I am using the London Freesat bouquet service to get all my channels and have noticed a problem with E4 (I have missed two weeks of shows that only occur on this channel).

The channel is there in my EPG but when I tune to it, there is nothing but a black screen.

E4+1 is fine - is this a known problem and is there anything I can do to update things?

Hmm, I've just took a look here & it's failing for me too. Is yours on 10729?

Looks like it's gone encrypted?!

Scrap that, it's just moved to 10714H.

Thanks for confirming that Mark - isn't the whole point of using bouquets that channels will automatically update frequency without intervention?

Yes, it should've detected the change. It won't if you've detached the channels though.
