Exclude channel tags not working

Hello,

I am configuring the "Exclude channel tags" for different users and it doesn't work.

It only works unchecked, the user just see the tags assigned.

But if I check the "Exclude channel tags" and add some tags, the user doesn't see any channel. Not all except the assigned.

I have 4.2.6-7~g561355130 version in a Debian Stretch server.

Someone could test it?

Deselect all and click save( NOT apply), edit account again, check the exclude channel tags check box and then select the channels you want from the list below. Select save and NOT apply
