Sat>IP and DVB-T
Added by Sebastien Pim over 6 years ago
Hello,
I'm quite new to Tvheadend. I'm running it on my Synology NAS. The version installed is 4.4.20180311-1
I've attached a DVB-T tuner and it's running well. I can watch the channels on my nvidia shield running Kodi or on my android phone.
I'm now trying to setup the Sat>IP server. Tvheadend should be the server and my Panasonic TV should be the client.
My Sat>IP options look like this :
However if I use the SAT>IP app on android, I see that the server is detected as a DVB-S tuner. The app then tries to scan Astra or any other satellite. I don't have any DVB-S tuner attached to tvheadend as I can catch more then 50 channels in DVB-T here :-)
Here is a screenshot of the app :
Finally on my Panasonic TV, TVheadend is detected but same behaviour, the tv tries to scan a sat position
Screenshot :
Translation : Number of sat tuner : no information
Number of DVB-C tuner : no information
Number of DVB-T tuner : no information
Am I missing somthing in order to make tvheadend work as a DVB-T Sat>ip server ? Or is it just impossible
Thank you

Switch "Default view level" to expert, and test other options.

Thanks for the answer.
I've already looked into the expert options but I don't see any other option that could fix the problem
