raspbian : problem for connexion to deb for download

Hello,

Normally, i connect my raspberry pi3 to mythtv but i read that TvHeadend perform the same benefit that mythtv ...

But, i will configure my /etc/apt/source.list for download and apt answer :

Err:2 https://dl.bintray.com/mpmc/deb raspbianstretch InRelease
FailReason: ConnectionRefused

My line in the file source.list :

deb https://dl.bintray.com/mpmc/deb raspbianstretch stable-4.2

where am I wrong?

why do I have the answer "FailReason: ConnectionRefused" ???

When I go on the link, there are packages corresponding to what I want ...

maybe my line in source.list is bad

I'm found.

My Pi3 had a problem with his ethernet connexion. With a reboot, that's all ok now.
