i cannot control kodi itself, because when i try that the system will hang. by only pressing the stop button .
So i hoped when i login into Tvheadend i could reset only tvheadend, and hopfully it will help

It depends upon your OS. In general, systemctl restart tvheadend ought to work for systemd-based systems. But that must be entered from a command line (SSH session, terminal console, etc.); there is no UI button to restart the service.

What OS is your htpc running?
What OS is Kodi running on?
What OS is TVH running on?

There are program add-ons in Kodi where you can run custom scripts, so you should be able to just have a button in Kodi that can restart TVH (or any thing else for that matter) with just a click on the remote.

The command for restarting TVH I guess this forum is the place, for the other stuff I think you will get better results at the Kodi forum.

One add on that comes to mind is this one: https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:Kodi_Callbacks
But they are much better than me over at the Kodi or LibreElec forum than me :)
