Change Output namens in Playlist file

Hey is it possible to change The id of The Channel to a Name or something Else?

Now:
HTTP://ip:9981/stream/channelid/253728283

I Want it so:

HTTP://ip:9981/stream/channelid/rtl

In version 3.xx was in this type

What client use, client do not care about name.
