SAT>IP to tvheadend stucks at RTSP error -5 [9874-200]

Hi there,

i`am pretty new to tvheadend, coming from classic Linux VDR. I installed tvheadend (4.3-932~g459e106) on my ubuntu 16.04 server and configured my SAT>IP input successfully. I´am able to stream from the SAT>IP (Megasat 8000) using VLC without issues. I configured it into tvheadend but when i start watching tv after a wile (roughly 30sec) i get the following message :
Jan 11 20:50:13 plexi tvheadend[17363]: satip: SAT>IP DVB-S Tuner #1 (192.168.1.121) - RTSP error -5 (Eingabe-/Ausgabefehler) [9874-200]
Jan 11 20:50:14 plexi tvheadend[17363]: subscription: 0018: service instance is bad, reason: Tuning failed
Jan 11 20:50:16 plexi tvheadend[17363]: subscription: 0018: No input source available for subscription "192.168.1.19 [ markus | Kodi Media Center ]" to channel "RTL Regional NRW" This is independent from the channel selected and the network should be clean as i can stream without issues from the SAT>IP server natively and they are in the same GigE network. Google was´t really able to help on that so i count on your support :-)

Take a look at the satip server options, "RTP/AVP/TCP transport supported" might be useful here..

thanks. I tried your suggestion but see no video at all.
But i noticed something else: My Megasat doesn´t have to many parameters but one of them is "SAT>IP session timeout period (s)" By default it´s set to 30sec. I changed it to 60 any voila: No stucking so far ?!? Any idea what´s behind that?
