ATSC: How can I get a real-time signal strength report?

Added by M J almost 7 years ago

If I start watching a channel, then push the context button, I'm given "signal quality" as 0% and SNR as 0%--obviously untrue, since I'm watching a perfect picture. So how do I get a real-time report on the real signal strength?
I'm asking because I haven't had any luck figuring out what the muxes' frequencies really are, so I thought I'd hunt them myself.

Ah, well, if I start watching a channel I can go to Status|Stream in the web app and see its signal report. In my case, SNR is still 0% and strength is given as -38.0dBm. I'm not sure how to interpret that or if I change the frequency, what I'd have to do to update everything.
