Dual DVB-T tuner - two mux channels?

Hi,

I’m thinking about buying a right tuner for my usage.

I have two TVs (Kodi) and I want watch different channel from different mux on each one. Can I use tuner like Evolveo Venus (dual tuner) or two tuners Evolveo Mars?

Simple rule tuner per client until tuners = muxes
