Pre defined mux list

Hi, I installed tvheadend version 4.2.3 under opensuse 42.3. the pre-defined mux list is empty, How to fix it?
p.s: I cloned this repo[[https://github.com/tvheadend/dtv-scan-tables]] and installed it according to readme file but nothing changed. :(

just install it and muxes will exist,
other problem that they are too old and not so correct.
