recordings not showing

tvhe 4.3-358 with kodi client 3.4.24 on a rpi

The kodi client cannot "see" all recordings. if I login to the web interface with the same credentials as the kodi client, all recordings are seen.

There is no obvious reason for the recordings that are "missing" from the kodi client, it is not recordings before or after a certain date, or the owner or creator, it occurs on TV and Radio recordings (which are the same from the tvhe side, but are shown separately on the kodi side).

Don't use tvheadend unstable with stable Kodi, it's not supported yet, see this

is there a way of going from 4.3 to 4.2 without losing recordings and schedules etc ?

or alternatively, should I move to building the kodi addon from git ?

You should be able to downgrade without much issue tbh, I don't think the configs have changed much yet.

or alternatively, should I move to building the kodi addon from git ?
