EPG problem

Added by Dave Sissons over 7 years ago

Hi,

I have been using tvheadend for some time on a server feeding various kodi devices around the house. It has always worked well,I have a cine S2 card and two hdhomeruns with a sony usb stick, gives me 7 tuners.Since the daylight saving time change recently my program guide is 1 hour wrong. All devices times are correct and the time line is correct on the epg but the programs are 1 hour wrong? I have tried using open tv sky UK freeview and freesat grabbers but I always seem to get the same problem? I have even reinstalled everything from scratch on the server but I still get the same problem.

Any help would be much appreciated as this is causing major recording prblems.

thanks

Dave S

You say you've started from scratch, but did you, stop tvheadend, delete the epgdb.v2 file, and restart it?

I had exactly the same problem, doing the above fixed it.

Hi,

Sorry I cannot see that file under tvheadend, is it in one of the other directories epggrab for example? At the moment I cannot seem to access any of the tvheadend sub directories?

cheers

You need to be root or the hts user to view the directory.

so sudo -u hts /bin/bash;

When done, just exit.
