Web console login issue

Does anyone know if there is a known issue with logging into the webui in 4.1-2405?

Here is what I am experiencing:

Basically, from the image, I get the login prompt and have to type my username and password at least 5 times before I can get logged in. AND, I know for a fact I am typing in the password correctly.
I use Google Chrome. I haven't completed other troubleshooting steps yet like using another browser or running Chrome in Incognito mode. I'll try troubleshooting steps later. For now I was just wondering if there was a known bug. If there is not a known bug, how would I report it?
Also, something else is interesting: If you notice from my animated gif above that when I do finally login that I still see a "(login)" link and to the left of that it states "No verified access", almost as if it does not recognize my login.

Okay. I posted too soon. Looks like it is a browser plugin issue, at least I think it is. I did not have a problem with Chrome in incognito mode or Firefox

I do have the same problem with 4.1-2409 and now with 4.1-2520, when I close the tab and open an other tab I can login. Sometimes I do have to retry retyping username and password several times before I get in.

I get it sometimes as well on Chromium. The only add-on I have enabled is uBlock Origin. Solution is to disable HTTP digest auth.
