What are good or bad values of SNR and signal?

Hello,
I have a TBS6909 (octa tuner) with open source drivers. I think it works fine but i don't understand the values of SNR and signal expressed in dB and dBm.
For example, I have scanned 9 muxes (QPSK and FEC 5/6) and this is the result:
Mux 1: SNR 13.4 dB and Signal -36.6 dBm
Mux 2: SNR 13.9 dB and Signal -35.6 dBm
Mux 3: SNR 14.1 dB and Signal -35.2 dBm
Mux 4: SNR 13.4 dB and Signal -36.7 dBm
Mux 5: SNR 14.3 dB and Signal -36.3 dBm
Mux 6: SNR 12.6 dB and Signal -37.2 dBm
Mux 7: SNR 13.4 dB and Signal -38.2 dBm
Mux 8: SNR 14.1 dB and Signal -39.4 dBm
Mux 9: SNR 13.8 dB and Signal -41.1 dBm
Are they good/bad values? what is the better range for this values?
Thanks a lot in advance

I'm not sure either but I can tell you that on DVB-C, for my TechnoTrend CT2-4400, below near 28 dB SNR is bad and there is corruption...
