Setting to temporarily disable IPTV
Added by Sébastien Aubry over 7 years ago
Hi,
I have an intensive use of TvHeadEnd.
Sometimes, I would just like to temporarily disable IPTV (or my IPTV "Network", or all the muxes, channels...), so that may internet connection is fully available (else it keeps recording every movie :-) ).
I have not found a simple way to do that. For instance, defining "Maximum # input streams:" at 0 seems to ignore it. Setting "Maximum bandwidth (Kbps):" at 200 Kbps limits at 1 the number of simultaneous input streams.
Is there a tip or trick that I have not seen and would allow to disable it until I enable it again?
Thanks

If you're using 4.1.xxxx, just mass disable the muxes.
- Change the paging (at the right bottom of the grid) to "all".
- Use Ctrl + A to select the lot & press Edit from the toolbar.
- On the Edit dialog tick the checkbox BEFORE the "Enabled" property & change it to "Disable".
- Hit Save.

Thank you. The behaviour of the two checkboxes was not so easy to understand :-)
