Transcode -> "libav: using cpu capabilities: none!" on DS416play with Braswell-CPU
Added by James Dean about 8 years ago
Hello!
Hope anybody can help:
I have a Synology DS416play powered by a Intel Celeron 3060 Braswell-CPU.
This CPU supports the extensions MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4, SSE 4.1, SSE 4.2, Supplemental SSE3 and VT-x.
But when I try to transcode the logfile says: libav: using cpu capabilities: none!
When I start ffmpeg manually I get: [libx264 @ 0xdce8e0] using cpu capabilities: MMX2 SSE2Fast SSSE3 SSE4.2
What can be done to make tvheadend suppor tthe cpu capabilities!
Thanks!

Which version(s?) of tvheadend? Did you download or build yourself?

Actually I use the one from http://syno.dierkse.nl/ for braswell-CPU.
When using videostation transcoding seems to work.
When using tvheadend CPU-load is at maximum and it is not really working ...
