4.1-2299~gc003ff3 doesn't start

Hi
Just installed the above version in 2 Ubuntu Xenial machines and TVH doesn't up. I have back to the previous 4.1-2286~gb15b02c and it works properly, so something in the last codes is preventing tvh to start normally.

Tha same problem in two ubuntu trusty

the server is runnig but not responses for web

Encountered the same issue, on Trusty I did the following to downgrade, using `apt-cache policy tvheadend` to list available versions.

sudo apt-get install tvheadend=4.1-2286~gb15b02c~trusty
