OSMC - cannot install tvheadend

Hello,

I am trying to get DVB-T to work on my Pi3 with OSMC, but every time I try to install tvheadend, I
get the message "
E: Unable to locate package tvheadend
"

apt-get update brings me to "
W: Failed to fetch http://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb/dists/jessie/unstable/binary-armhf/Packages 403 Forbidden [IP: 159.122.18.156 80]

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
"

What can I do?

UPDATE:
managed to install tvheadend after imagiung the SD card
with a OSMC image once again.

Now, i cannot login via the web interface - I searching google
fpr half an hour now but cannot find any information about the
default login... :(

EDIT:oh, its "osmc" must have had a bad typing first :D

bit... how can i scan for dvb-t channels?
