Slow zapping time after upgrade

I am using DD Cine S2 cards, and after a recent upgrade 2-3 days ago, the zapping time has been increased dramatically. Previously it was very fast, now it is 4-5 times slower than it was before.

Has anybody have this issue so far? Any ideas where to start debugging?

It was the motherboard... Never seen something like this happening, but after trying to reinstall the whole thing, it died suddenly forever.
So now I had to replace it, and ever since then, it runs ok with the same backup.

Unbelievable, how many things could affect zapping time...
The Cine T2 DVB-T cards are still much slower btw, than the S2 ones...
